Tatiana Sultzbach is a highly motivated, multicultural strategic leader and creative problem solver with nearly 20 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations management, finance, and strategic planning. Tatiana has combined her passions for collaboration, diplomacy, and negotiation to promote service excellence, lead high-performing teams, create trusting relationships, and achieve quantifiable results for the organizations she has proudly served.
She has led operational integration strategies for two globally renowned Academic Medical Centers in the United States, where she partnered with a terrific team of multicultural individuals, including senior leadership, to develop and operationalize mission-critical strategies impacting thousands of employees and patients globally.
Tatiana has substantial experience in--and an innate passion for -- accommodating diverse cultural values and perspectives amongst clients and peers in the workplace. She has leveraged her deep understanding of healthcare operations management and finance, market research, and market dynamics by helping to innovate consumer-facing technology applications for international payments and CRM platform design for cross-functional teams.
She served previously at Mass General Brigham (Boston, Massachusetts - USA) as Senior Director of International Services and Finance, and at Methodist Healthcare-HCA facility (San Antonio, Texas - USA) in their International Strategic Planning Division.
